Sadness..

Yes, she was sad,
She wallowed in Self-pity,
Hopeless and purposeless,
Blaming herself for everything that went wrong,
In her life, fate and fury always drove along,
Her happiness was beyond her control,
Noone to check the rising tumult of her soul,
Behind her laugh was a breaking heart,
With every smile she broke further apart,
Her inner demons screaming louder each day,
She spent her nights weeping away,
Noone even understood her Silence,
And her words had become even more quiet,
Slowly she slipped away into oblivion,
Only death brought peace in her life of chaos.....

Her Silence was her CRY FOR HELP which noone understood. She wasn’t looking for attention or sympathy. She was just fed up of putting a brave front all her life.

We encounter so many sad people in life but dont feel the need to reach out to them assuming that they are attention seekers. But in reality all they want is to feel a little wanted and loved.

They can fight their own battles. All they are looking for is a little affection to light inside them the extinguished WILL to be Happy.

They are fighters. They are Survivors. They may have fallen for now, but with little help they will rise again….

Dont isolate them.Try to listen to their silent scream.

Maybe you cant help everyone but everyone can help someone.

Always remember We rise by lifting others….

Smile and have a nice day ahead…..

  3. At this moment in time I’m avoiding helping someone, that would if given the chance suck the happy out of me and spit out the pips. I do love being helpful, I love being kind, but you can only do so much before there’s a knackered body and an unhappy soul.

  8. When we reach out to a person with a smile, a kind word, or a helpful action, we are paying it forward. These all make a difference in our lives as well as someone else’s.

  9. So so so so true. It’s the little insignificant well-meaning deeds that mean the most in a dark place
