Wisdom.

I may Forgive, but will never Forget,
The countless wounds that pay no debt,
But I will not react and give you cheap thrills ,
And just upgrade my judgement skills.....

  1. Wise words. I recall wise words about judgement, that we need to weigh things up and sometimes when we need to weigh up keeping a friend it is like betting (not that I think betting is a good idea) and no one puts a bet on a horse that always comes in last. So if someone always fails us, we are best to remember that and act accordingly. They do us a favour by showing us who they are and we need to remember that and be thankful.

  7. Words of wisdom and why give in to all these pettiness, instead rise and shine just the way you have so beautifully written. Lovely poem, Meena.

  10. Thanks for sharing. Very interesting!
I was thinking about a recent article I read that posed the question.
Who would deny that wisdom is indispensable when it comes to dealing with life’s problems? True wisdom is the ability to put knowledge and understanding to proper use. It is the very opposite of foolishness,. Which reminds me of the words at Proverbs 4:7 that urges us to acquire wisdom.
