She is an addict….

Yes, She is a hopeless addict,
A habit she carelessly picked,
Thought it made her look cool,
Oh! She was such a big fool,
She thought it took away her stress and made her calm,
She chose to ignore the warning and paid no heed to the harm,
But now she knows it is injurious to her health ,
Pinching her pocket and burning her wealth,
She doesnt only pant while walking,
She huffs and puffs even while talking ,
She knows her habit is a cancer stick,
She does not wish to die so soon,
A healthy life she now wants to pick,
Maybe she was weak, hence couldn't resist it ,
Fell into this filthy deep pit,
But she doesn't need your lectures or preachings,
All she needs from you is a little understanding,
She will be edgy and irritable sometimes,
Plz still love her and be patient with her,
Forgive her for those turbulent times,
She promises she will leave it for good ,
And lead a wholesome life like she should,
Of this nasty habit one day she will be freed,
A little forebearance and understanding is all she needs...

  8. I have a friend who had quit cigarette smoking. Yet he again got into the habit. He and others get into this smoking addiction and are unable to come out. They do need our understanding and not harshness.
However, at times, some of these folks are so stubborn that they do not listen to us, and that does not helps their own cause.

  9. Certain habits, though a curse, can never define a person. Sadly we judge people by their habit. A lovely read

  10. Yes!

    When the cows come home
and those buffalo no longer roam
    she will overcome the addiction
    or become a Nun and
    with God’s help
    concentrate then
    on breaking
    her addiction
    to her phone!
